Parkdean Holidays, Nairn Lochloy

Arrived on park was told the caravan I paid extra for was not available and I should of been told they says but I wasn’t thrn went to another caravsn it smelt disgusting amc it was filthy I was given cleaning supplies to clean the caravsn. This is appalling and ruined the break. Not good fof parkdean at all. Even member of staff agreed thd caravsn was dirty.

From arriving at the park, seeing our caravan which was really nice and clean and all you could ask for right on the entrance to the sand dunes. The overall thing you got when you arrived was how peaceful and quiet the site seemed to be. We were out of school holidays so park was not as busy as normal but the There are staff were really good as were the entertainment staff of whom there were only two for most of the 5 day holiday. The entertainment manager was extremely good with the kids and adults alike but the kids really loved him and shouted for him all the time, they were really hard working. They play bingo every night and it can be quite a good laugh. There are lots of places to visit within a 2 hour drive and even closer. The drinks and food were a bit on the expensive side but were good. All in all will be back again as thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the basic entertainment to the very friendly staff and the cleanliness of the site.
