My girlfriend and I used this site to recycle old phones we found whilst emptying out drawers for a move.

Simple to use, just search for your phone and then it lists the best recyclers. If you scroll past the recommended recyclers, you'll see other options. Couldn't be easier!

Came across this website after searching for mobile phone recycling and then seeing an ad pop up for this. I don't normally click the ads but I thought it sound good so I went on to it and did a search for my galaxly s2 and got really excited when I saw how much it was worth. I had already been on places like mazuma and envirofone and their prices where alot less. I didn't send my phone to the company that had the highest price beause they didnt have 5 star but I sold to a place called mobile phone exchange and I was very happy when I got my money.

Used this comparison to find a really good deal when I sold my mobile. Better than going direct because I could see who offered the most without having to waste time searching myself or repeatedly filling in my details. I've now recieved my money and got the amount seen on compare and recycle and have not had any problems. It's a good idea to use a comparison as it really helps to find you the best price without wasting time.

Just sold my phone using this comparison website and got more money then I would of done if I o had gone to the one I'd seen on tv. I sold my old HTC and my girlfriends iPhone 4 as we both got upgrades last week. I actually sold the phones to two different places as one company offerere then the other. Really can't complain it was a good service.

I found this comparison website after I saw an advert on tv for selling mobiles phones. I'd not recycled a mobile phone before but I thought I would check it our and see how much I could get.

I couldn't remember the name of the place in the advert so I just Googled for selling mobile and this place came up. I thought it would be a better idea to do a comparison too. I could basically get up to £200 for my iPhone and I saw the company that advertised on tv in the comparison too, good thing was they didn't actually offer the most so I got an extra £20.

I recommened coming here rather than going to the ones on tv first because they don't offer the most. I'm definitly coming back here when my next contract runs out

In a nut shell: Clear, to the point, simple to use, very fast, AND most of all confidence in the recycler I sold to.

I'd been questioning myself if I really want to sell my mobile as I was really attached to it. Being my life support for the past 18 months, I really didn't know if I could part with it since I had upgraded to the latest apple 4s.

Just out of curiosity I thought I would find out about mobile phone recycling (not actually intending to sell my phone) I look around on loads of the TV advertised recycling place and I couldn't believe how much effort it was! It was really putting me off.

I went on compare and recycle not really knowing it was a comparison site and I ended up selling it right there and then.

The site was really easy and clear to use. It found me loads of recycling companies that paid really high amounts. And it had a star rating system which made me feel confident with my choice of company.

Read about this site in Webuser magazine and decided to give them a

go based on the high rating they received. Was very happy overall, I

had 3 phones which I've gathered over the past decade but never

bothered to sell on and got over £100 for them all together.

Admittedly the older handsets weren't worth much and most of the

value was for my BlackBerry but I didn't expect to get much for such

old handsets anyway.

Found the site easy to use and although the recommended recyclers

didn't quite offer the top price I chose Mobile Phone Xchange and

was very happy with the service provided. I'll definitely use

compare and recycle in the future whenever I upgrade my handset

(which for an oldie like me isn't too often!)

Found compareandrecycle.co.uk on google and used them to sell an old

phone. Quite liked the reviews forum since it let me know a couple

of companies to avoid. When I searched for selling my phone on

google there were so many companies that I didn't know which one to

go for so compare and recycle definitely helped point me in the

right direction.

The site was easy enough to use and the recycler i used

(cash4phones) provided a pretty good service so I'm quite happy with

the whole thing really. I didn't know there were people who would

recycle old cameras and laptops and stuff too so the site helped me

to find that out.

I found compareandrecyle purely by accident and posted that I had not been contacted by a company in regard to the mobile phones I was selling via them.

My cause and that of others was taken up by Andy and what a fantastic job he has done. He has maintained contact with them and persevered until payments have been made.

He has not judged and believes they have just been overwhelmed by the amount of phones sent to them.

I will use compareandrecycle again and certainly recommend it to others without question.
