Sent In A Brand New Never Used Iphone 5. Was Quot
Sent in a BRAND NEW never used iPhone 5. Was quoted $204, They sent $36. Company policy said that I had to call them within 3 days. Every time I called I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, then disconnected. Every time I emailed I received an email back saying call at a certain time. Tried again several times and always the same thing, on hold, disconnected. DO NOT send them your phone; bad for an old couple who could have used the money.

Hi All - Aviod them i set back an IPhone 4 back in september last year (13) and i still havent been paid, i have e-mailed them tried to ring them all to no good and now im a phone down and £140 out of pocket.
Like most i was given a value at the that start of a £140 and then after a few week i was offered £107 which i took and that when the trouble started i have e-mailed them several time and i have had a reply saying the system was playing up and i would get my money in a week will this was back in September and still nothing. I fed up with them i just want my money back as the phone is probably in use Nigeria or South Africa by now

Absolute Joke
Sent me phone in them in October after being offered £110, got an email back once they received it saying that the phone was damaged and now the offer was only £36(the phone wasn't damaged). Tried contacting them several times but have had no reply and now the website is gone. This lot should be hung, drawn and quartered for ripping people off. People like this are the scurge of the earth who couldn't earn honest money if their life depended on it.

I Found This Site On A Comparison Site, They Offer
I found this site on a comparison site, they offered me £96 for my Samsung Galaxy S2 last october, i also opted for bank transfer too. They recieved my phone in november and said payment was pending due to testing, then on there website it said tested as working and i would recieve money within 10 days, well has been well over 10 days, nearly febuary and iv not recieved a penny and now im out of pocket because they have my phone too. i am very angry, and i tried going on there website to see about contacting them and it doesnt work. i highly do NOT recommend this website and in future will stick with Mazuma or Envirophone as i have been happy with them in the past

I saw Cash4Phones on a comparison site and they offered £110 for my husbands iPhone4 which was in pristine condition, I sent the phone off and haven't heard anything since emails getting bounced back and website closed I am extremely angry as they have my goods for which I am guessing has been sold and I have nothing, never again will I use a comparison website. Something should be done about this company and the website which allowed them to advertise on.
Consumers normally get nothing in such situations, while the liquidators cream off all the money. I know from vast experience.
It's not unusual for the liquidators to be earning at least £300.00 an hour and they and their buddies usually take all the monies left in liquidated companies.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Find out which individuals were behind the website and then report them to the police and other bodies for theft.
It's one of the issues in the UK that it's way too easy for businesses to shut up shop and get away with letting people like you down.
report them to the police if u have tracking find out the name who signed for it etc prosicute the person involved its your fone dont let them get away with it or if u have the imei number get it blocked

I am in the same position. have tried using the government money claim online to get my monies at a cost of £25 and still no joy as they just ignore everthing. What are you doing to pursue this problem as i would like to know what steps to take next?
I have also not received my money for a phone I sent them in December, I am also going to pursue this further
