Wow...

Titan Telecom must be the worst service I have ever been with. Incredibly slow connection, incredibly incompetent staff and a completely unreliable service. I must say slow WiFi isn’t really too much of a bother, I don’t really mind the slow buffer times etc but it gets to a point where we’ve been through times of up to TWO WEEKS WITH NO WIFI, I mean this is ridiculous. Utterly hurrendous service, would strongly not recommend, would reccomend a much more reliable and faster service such as BT or Virgin Media

Beware Titan Is Now Using The Name Clear Business

Started badly, pretended to be from BT, promised there would be no termination penalty due to competition laws encouraging switching. Once BT told me I owed them serious money due to early termination I tried to cancel the Titan contract - misselling, but unable to reach a customer service rep.in time. Once you agree to their badgering sales they arrange the transfer very swiftly it seems to me. Reason for considering the switch - cheaper bills. Reality bills more expensive. Service limited to 9-5 mon-fri (if you can get hold of anyone). No good for a business service. Final insult, when I closed my business they demanded the rest of the 2 year contract as a termination fee. NO UTILITY IN THE UK EXPECTS YOU TO PAY ONCE YOU'VE CLOSED DOWN.

This company should be held accountable for all what it says. Never in my life have i ever came accross anything like it. Please stay well clear. Someone someday will get payback from them

Avoid This Company Is Like A Nightmare

No never get any deals from this company, no good service is way under zero, they will increase bills every month for nothing you stuck with them for 3 year at least to cancel will take you 6 months(like my case) they ruthless and unprofessional no no no never do that mistake

Heavy Handed And Aggressive Cheats:avoid At All Costs!

I sublet my business to a third party who switched telephone provider to Titan telecom.The third party went, bust leaving considerable debt-some to Titan.

In trying to recover their losses,Titan have sent threatening letters to me and called me,aggressively insisting that I have a contract with them and am liable.Neither of these things are true.

They have even played voice recordings from 2 years ago, when an agent of theirs tried to sell me a mobile contract, as "evidence" of my link with them.

Underhand,dishonest and menacing.Very unprofessional Titan!

Same experience here, alas.

Their telesales people have rang me about 200 times in the last year. They never stop! I have never come more aggressive cold-callers in my entire life.

Do not go with this company, customer service is shocking and since I agreed to change my telephone lines to them I have lost a lot of business and they have changed company names several times They used to be known as Universal utilities T/A Unicom.

Avoid At All Costs

Our lease is ending in a years time (dec 2017) so we're not sure if the the business will be open next year. In that uncertainty, Titan have renewed our phone line contract for 24 months without giving us a 12 month option as stipulated by OFCOM regulations, thus requiring us to pay £200 early termination fee which I refuse to pay. Every time I call their customer service department they can't access the relevant information and I get bounced back from department to department. I have spoken to three different customer service agents in as many days each one keeps telling me I need to speak to a different department with regards to my query and that they cannot access the relevant information.

So Lo Rate telecom is trading again for Titan ! They must be crazy the guy was found guilty for ripping off thousands of people in telecoms a few years back and now he's at it again !

Pretending to be part of BT again ....he needs shutting down !

2 Faults Within A Month

I am a business customer and I've almost lost hundreds of pounds because of Titan. They left me with out any broadband connection and no phone connection too, which resulted our company not taking any card payments.

The customer service was absolutely appalling. They were very unfriendly and very unprofessional.

Titan are professional robbers, they will try to drain every penny out of you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'm leaving my business and I've only been in contract for about 5 months. Can I leave Titan with no problems or any penalties if my business is not working out and have to leave the premises?

try over £850 for leaving thats how much they are trying to charge us even though we have a chartered accountant letter that says we have no other business to take service to ,they have also been informed the person they keep harrasing for money is being treated for cance they still persist ,apparently its my parners priority to get a slocortors letter and a doctors letter ,she now has to proof she has cance ,disgusting company
