Borderline Criminals: Horrible

These people forget that the work for the owners. They never give an accounting of where the fees go. They have a convicted child exposer as an attorney who shakes down owners for fees which they probably split. They take owners to court like bullies but let contractorstake money from owners. They need to be shut down by NJ Attorney General Office. They don't fix broken garage gates. They are completely the worst. If they manage your property you need to fire them ASAP. They rule the owners instead of working for the owners. I am preparing to sue them in federal court along with their pedophile attorney from Hackensack

The Worst Is An Understatement

the personnel at Edwards main office are unresponsive and rude. resident- friendly is not in their constitution. we have experienced two buildings managed by Edwards and the employees on site are not qualified for their positions. this inexperience can and has lead to unhealthy situations. a lawsuit has been suggested and is being seriously considered.

if you have a problem, contact your local government agency and have Edwards cited.

The kicker is they have a convicted pedophile Don Oronato who plead guilty to exposing himself to a minor in 2007 as the attorney for this community. He used his political connections to to go into pretrial intervention and avoided jail. He never tried to get the money stolen by the mysterious contractor back. We need to fire them ASAP

This is what happens when an owner or tenant does not adhere to the association's policy governance or meets their financial obligations to the community. They turn to blogs like this to post a rant after they call the management office and are abusive to the staff.

If you're lucky enough to get a call returned the employees are unable to judge the level of urgency, and immediately go on the defensive. Office reps & managers will not give their last names.

It's sad when someone posts a blog and fails to provide facts about why they were disappointed with a service or maybe their expectations are simply unreasonable. I hope the writer will share more details so readers can fully understand what reasonable expectations are, provided of course the writer understands their obligations as an owner in a community, governed by a Board and documents which dictate how service and responsibilities are provided.
