Dyson

Miles Bennett Dyson? Good hovers, you'd expect them to be though after the guy created the machines.

Saved The World

Miles Dyson prevented Judgement Day in Terminator 2. He died trying to blow up Cyberdyne, he was puffing and panting which was hilarious. His final words were 'I dunno how much longer I can hold this' followed by a few silly puffs and pants.

They've Produced Better

Recently just purchased this new vacuum cleaner and I was slightly disappointed with it if I'm honest. I believe that the past products have been easier to use as well easier to store away. I believe that in future products they should look at how easy the product is to store away.

8 Year Old Dyson

I have had my dyson dc 15 the purple animal one for 8 years now. I have recently had to replace the hose and metal that sits on the bottom flat plate. I think this says it all really........damn good hoover and i have cermic floor tiles, laminate wood, and carpet and it dropped it down the stairs lol. I will definetly buy another one after this.

Why Does No-one Like This!!!

This is simply a fantastic way to clean, so easy but does need a lesson in how to control it, but once youve master it its soooo much quicker and easier.

This machine is great at doing floors but total rubbish once you put ANY of the attachments on the hose. Virtually no suction at all. I still don't know why I haven't written to Dyson to complain as their advertising specifically says it doesn't loose power. RUBBISH.

All Style And No Substance

It's a good looking machine and worked well for the first week or so but then it started to fall apart in front of our eyes.

Made at the cheapest unit price the Dyson ball is NOT designed to last, the bottom filter falls out, the suction nozzle keeps on releasing itself, the filters constantly block, all the plastic bits crack off, basically it looks good but is built very badly - DON'T BUY ONE!

See my last review too but I forgot to add that it is difficult to manoeuvre and very heavy to lift up the stairs.

Negative 5 Out Of 5

Let me be blunt, if you like elevated blood pressure and endless hours of frustration, then the DC15 is for you. Other than that, it would have to be one of the worst vacuum cleaners ever designed. Forget the hype, there is really nothing good about this cleaner once it's out of the pristine environment of the shop demonstration area.

After several months, the extendible hose at the back starting getting harder and harder to extract because the design is so bad that any dust or muck inside the hose will prevent the pole from sliding up. Now just over a year and a half of use, this thing is ready for the scrap heap because it's not worth spending the money to fix. The hose section is totally non functional and the rest is all noise and no action.

It's reasonable on carpet (due to the electronic brush head) but absolutely useless on hard flooring. We have a 15 year old Miele which, even with full bag, provides greater suction and performance than this show pony. Then lets talk about the noise. At normal operation this marvel pumps out over 90 decibels which is the equivalent of a seasoned Banshee visiting your house. If you manage to pry the hose extension off you get an extra gift of audible pain. The hose end has slots in it, which turn the assembly into the equivalent of a industrial dog whistle. On average you're subjected to 110 decibels which is guaranteed to leave you with a nice headache after your daily chores. The only positive would be that there is little chance of the rest of the family hearing your cursing as you use it.

Sorry, but there's nothing good to report about this vacuum - at all! Save your sanity and your dollar by looking elsewhere.

I Think The Dyson Is Amazing, And I Would Recommen

I think the Dyson is amazing, and I would recommend it to everyone. It picks up all kind of dirt, including pet hair very well. It is very easy to move around, however it does take up quite a bit of room. The attachments are brilliant, and very easy to use.
