Very Poor Cleanness

I booked last minute break in Cornwall for myself and my twin boys and couldn't wait for a peaceful family time . Unfortunately on the arrival have noticed blocked shower with build up dirty water residue on the floor. I've reported this to the reception and explain I have to be able to use shower on a daily basis due to my son disability and I'm happy to pay extra if needed to change the caravan . I have been sent away with the promise of prompt repair which didn't happened through whole our stay .

If this wasn't enough Park turned up be very busy and definitely not suitable for any form of disabilities which is a shame as the complex is located close to beautiful beach .

Worst Then Hell

Park it's self is kept clean by the staff and all staff are friendly but defiantly under paid and over worked.

Reception managers are rude and general manager onsite is rude

Chalets look run down and like something from 60's

The ones that have been 'done up' with a bit of cladding well they didn't clad one whole row across the back when asked why not was told it was to save money ( more for general managers back pocket probably) all in all not a pleasant place

Worst Place Ever Stayed On.

I stayed at perran sands for a week and have to say i would never stay there again. To begin with we had no hot water as the thermostat had gone and a hole where the extractor fan should of been which they dealt with in good time but the chalet we stayed is was meant to be comfort plus but on looking at the others it didn't look any different and to think they charged extra for this was a disgrace as the bed was uncomfortable and hardly got any sleep all week and came back one day to find a snake being an adder hanging half in or door and half out so luckily it had died on inspection from my husband disposing of it but left is feeling very uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. When reported to reception she said we will look into it and not to worry as easier said than done as had it got in then could of been a different story. Also my husband is disabled and it dosen't advise that the area to get to chalet is very hilly. Would never stay again and wiuld of liked my money back as very unhappy with all aspects of park.

Worse Hoilday Weve Ever Had!!!!

I never write reviews but our holiday was just so bad. just came back from perran sands, hired a private caravan which was lovley as the lady who owns it cleans it herself no faults with that so glad didn't book with heaven to go in one of there caravans after seeing how rude staff was there, staff was so rude towards children, didn't have time for them (especially the females) after paying £120 for passes to go in the pool twice and in the club once as entertainment was so boring and they didn't no what they were doing half the time, everythink else you had to pay for, didn't have a family cart to hire so had to hire 2 bikes for 4 of us, the family bike was £10 and 2 bikes cost £14, was there fault the family bike was broke but didn't offer us 2 bikes for the same cost as a family bike. came back a day early as we couldnt wait to get away from there, weve been on a lot of holidays and never experienced nothing like PERRAN SANDS, will never go to a haven again as was the first and will be the last time, how the hell do these get a 4 star rating I will never no!!!!

Great Holiday Park ,loads Spent On It This Year

i have to agree with some of the comments on here about the park as we holidayed there some 3 years ago and was not impressed at all, but returned there this summer haven have just spent big upgrading the park two fantasic brand new restarunts not serving up the normal holiday park slop , fresh court crab, fish, and some great daily specals a fantastic bbq and roskillys ice cream parlour , i found staff to be helpful and very friendly , i cant say about the haven accomation as we booked a private owned caravan at havencaravans was a top of the range and very well equipt with all we could need

Great Holiday

While staying at Perransands,My family and I had a great time.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was great and we was lucky with the weather. The caravan was clean and tidy and we spent most nights in the club where there was always something going on.

I got to say a big thank you to the security staff for looking after my daughter after she fell and hit her head. They really calmed her down while others made her smile and it was not long before she was running round again.

Over all a good holiday and we hope to come back next year.

Rude,poor Service

Rabbit skull in cup, dirty un made beds, rude and unhelpful staff.broken curtain rails.

Hair in the beds from previous occupants and no help from customer service. Caravan not as nice as described online. Would not recommend to any one

High Price For Poor Accomodation

Where do I start entertainment very much the same each night very boring! Caravan we had was a deluxe pfffttt mouldy curtains, smelly carpets, mold on walls and corners! Shabby all round! Food over priced! Really not worth the £799 I paid for a week! Only one of the four singers could sing an dance the others were wooden! Will not be returning!

Amazing Family Holiday Park

Fantastic holiday extremely clean helpful friendly staff entertainment fantastic thoroughly enjoyed will return next year for sure. The site is in a beautiful setting. Plenty of activities on site and loads in the surrounding area. Very peaceful as well. The security of the site was brilliant as well. Can't complain about anything. The site is central to alot of other places as well.

Q&A

Pamleseelleur

Is it better to stay in a chalet or caravan? There are four of us and we prefer somewhere quiet so were wondering which part of the park was the quietest.
