Funchal, Pestana Bay Ocean Aparthotel

Accommodation was good but the advertised ammeneties did not exist,no shops close bye no poolside bar no snackbar no entertainment whatsoever on the edge of town infact its the last hotel just mountains after that.no transport close bye no nightlife close bye rooms did not display a no smoking policy ,as we found out to our cost of a £140 payment for a cleaning bill after we had been smoking in the room.Dont waste your money on this unless you want to be isolated from civilisation and are a non-smoker.

I would not have booked this place if the advertisers had given an honest report on what they were offering,And they had clearly stated that the accommodation was NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION Room Ref MD 85 Owners Direct .co.uk & Astute Rentals.com

This property is today stil being advertised exactly as when I booked with all the wonderful facilities which do not exist.
