Not For The Quiet Ones!

I went with a mixed group of 8 to this hotel. The room was your average hotel room, had all the basic things you needed, certainly didn't exceed my expectations. Its such a good hotel if you want to be up late partying and not bothered about sleep! Music is blaring all day, not good for a hangover! People are still coming in at all hours of the morning, starting fights and parties outside the rooms! Felt sorry for any older couples that came for a relaxing holiday! The surrounding area is nice, close to beach, bars, shops etc. Great young persons holiday if you want to get it out of your system! Was worried about being robbed as a lot of reviews had said about this but we didn't experience any of this. Good holiday but wouldn't return to this hotel, certainly not relaxing!

24/7 Party! One Of The Best Holidays Ever!

We are all 19 and had an amazing time here, be prepared though it is a very loud constant party! So take ear plugs if you plan on sleeping or make up the sleep when you get home! This hotel is a 24/7 party, and some sensitive people may be shocked by some of the antics of the other guests! But if you are there to party then it won’t bother you, in fact you may even join in! This just really was a party hotel and we loved it. After the clubs etc close at around 6am that’s one of the times the hotel is at its loudest when people continue the party back at the hotel.

On arrival at the hotel you are given a wristband to wear, and you must wear this and pay for a replacement if you lose or break your original one. Only people from the hotel are allowed in the hotel so if you meet friends outwith the hotel you can’t invite them in for a drink unfortunately. But the hotel is huge so you are bound to meet loads of great people staying there anyway. Everyone also has to pay a 30 euro deposit which you get back once the room has been checked for damage when you check out (we got our deposit back even though we left our room in a pig sty! But nothing was broken) You also have to attend a welcome meeting with the reps where they explain a bit about the hotel and the rules etc and will also try to sell you tickets for events and day trips, don't buy these from the reps, get it from the local vendors i.e. Buddys next door to the hotel, it will save you so much money even if the reps claim they are cheaper.

The hotel was so close to everything, 5 mins from the beach and main strip and 2 mins from BCM (go to the washing machine party there! It was awesome). The supermarket in the hotel was actually quite cheap and has a huge selection. Magaluf itself is a fantastic place to go on holiday if you are up for a constant party, and everywhere we went the food was really cheap! Booze was very reasonable as well and you can save loads buying wristbands for bars that gives you a free bar for a set amount of time (n.b. only some bars do this e.g. jokers, BCM and the MCP club strip pass).

Rooms are basic but big and adequately clean and do have all you really need, but a microwave would have been helpful! The balconies are a really good size, and are mostly used to flirt with people in nearby balconies or just make new friends and invite others over for a drink.

Beware though, if you break something in your room to avoid losing your deposit has the same idea in visiting their neighbours to refurbish the broken/lost items.

The maid came 3 times in the week, one of the times she couldn’t get into clean properly as everyone was still in the room, but she gave us fresh towels and toilet rolls, and took the used towels away. One of the days we left our friend in bed, and the maid just tidied around him, so we still got what we needed anyway, which is very handy if you have a friend that lies in bed hungover all day! Also you are provided with a mop and dustpan brush so if you make a mess you can easily tidy it up yourself! I felt 3 maid visits in the week was adequate. Besides if you wanted fresh towels etc on any other day, if you ask the maid they are happy to give you them.

We were worried when reading some reviews about maids stealing valuables and staff stealing from the safes, but this didn’t happen on our holiday. In fact we accidently forgot to put some of them in the safe one day and they were still there when we came back after the maid had visited.

The actual hotel staff we felt were quite rude, often speaking over you and not explaining things properly. Oh, and one night we required a bandage, but apparently in the whole hotel there was not one first aid kit! And were advised to ask at a bar for one, rather unprofessional. But we didn’t have many encounters with the staff anyway.

The guests at the hotel all seemed so friendly and it just seemed a code of conduct in the hotel to play music and get ready with your door open and see who comes in for a chat and a drink! So make sure you take some speakers with you. (But be smart and ensure all valuables are in the safe if you are happy to have folk just coming in and out!)

Hope this helps!

I Went On Holiday With A Group Of Friends And Stay

i went on holiday with a group of friends and stayed in this hotel, its completely fine if you want a up all night atmosphere, but as we got nearer to the end of our stay most of us were becoming ill, some of us then went to hospital to find out we had swine flu. We told reception and they said the people before us has swine flu and the rooms hadnt been cleaned.

I would never go back to this hotel, but magaluf is a great place for teenagers, groups and couples.

Its Entirely Upto You If You Want To Come Here Kno

its entirely upto you if you want to come here knowing that its an 80% chance you will be robbed thats a fact! i was robbed my group was robbed eight other groups were robbed. its all an inside job, the maids go in when they know your out at night i was fortunate to stay in one night ill and caught a maid coming into my room at 1am and when i reported this the staff told us to leave the hotel and threaterend to call the police. They all know whats going on but if you read this and still decide to go i recommened locking your valubles in a suitcase dont trust the safes.

Me And 5 Mates Stayed In The Jungla Last September

me and 5 mates stayed in the jungla last september 2009, supposed to be for 2 weeks.on our 3rd day between 6 of us we got over 3000euros stole from our room and we ended up having to go home on our 4th day. when we informed reception and police they didnt care which to me is a very unprofessional way of dealing with this situation.

dont get me wrong the hotel itself was lively, good crac and very central to night life, beach, shops etc.

I then returned to this hotel in sept 2010 with just my girlfriend giving it another chance as my first 3 days last year were fantastic.

On our last day we went to water park and the maid or a member of staff stole my girlfriends new digital camera, as there was noone in our room or had access to it. Again the reception didnt want to hear about it.

So i will recommend magaluf 100% but not this hotel.

Me And My Brother Stayed For A Week In The Fiesta

Me and my brother stayed for a week in the Fiesta Jungla. The hotel had an ideal location for us, just 50m from BCM and not far from the main strip, shops, beach, etc. Also, the reps were really friendly and the hotel had a good lively, party atmosphere, which is what me and my brother wanted.

The main things that we were not happy about with the hotel were as follows:

- our rooms were only cleaned 2/3 times over the course of our 7 day stay, which isn't good enough when you shower on a daily basis abroad.

- more daytime activities/ sports could have been organised.

*** Most importantly, me and my brother purchased a safe from reception on our first day and kept our passports, money, insurance and tickets in there. However, we left our two ipod's, one mobile phone and a digital camera on the table in our room, all of which we found had been stolen on the last day of our stay. Yes, the valuables can be replaced because of our holiday insurance, but all of the memories from the pictures that we took on our camera were taken from us. We locked our balcony doors and our room door, so either it was the maids (who cleaned our room out during the 2 hours we had our valuables taken), or some people from the hotel, more than likely from our floor. We feel that this incident spoiled what was a great holiday for us. In my opinion, more security measures need to be put in place to prevent such incidents becoming regular- i.e. cameras on each floor.

Like I have said, there were many positives such as the hotel atmosphere and location. However, we feel that more emphasis needs to be placed (in particular from the reps in the 'welcome meeting')on preventing theft from rooms and on personal welfare, instead of just getting smashed 24/7! Also, the hotel in general needs to put cameras on each floor, not just to prevent theft, but to be able to identify the perpetrators and to deal with them appropriately!

Me & 4 Girls (all 18 At The Time) Went To The Fies

Me & 4 girls (all 18 at the time) went to the fiesta jungla in may 2009. It was are first girls holiday so we where all a bit scared. When we got to the hotel the reps where lovely and all the staff made us feel very welcome.

Before i went to magaluf i read loads of reviews and they didnt sound that good. But i think the hotel was amazin. Perfect for young people. Loud music round the pool in the day. A shop opposite the hotel which wasnt bad prices and BCM was about a 2min walk.

I would recomend doing the deal with the reps. We paid bout 180 euros and in that deal we got to go to BCM twice (which the drinks in there are all FREE and you get FREE BCM goodys), Pirates (which is watchin acrobats doing things with their bodys that you wont believe oh and the alcohol is FREE in there to), Booze Cruise (which was AMAZING, the beer is FREE on that to), and loads more, Basically there is somthing to do everyday.

The rooms basic, buh when you are drunk who cares ha. I met some amazin people there and i will defo be going back one year:):) x

To Be Honest I Espected The Jungla To Be A Lively

To be honest i espected the Jungla to be a lively hotel with loads of different stuff going on. How wrong i was. We got there and the reps took 175 of 8 lads. It is not worth it so if people are going then don't pay for all of the bar crawls etc. The hotel is not as lively as everyone says. The security were telling us to turn the music down at 11:00. Also BCM is the most over rated place ever. Everyone says it is the place to be. This is a lie! I have had better nights out in the UK. The reps are a disgrace as well. They just con you for your money and couldn't give a f*** about you.
