Majorca Beach Hotel, Magaluf

Great hotel to stay at, travelled with two friends all being 20 we were up for a good drinking holiday but didnt want a party hotel as wanted to relax in the day, we were worried by the reviews of it being noisy and dirty but we had no issues with this at all. we stayed half board and was a great idea as most our money was going on alcohol so we didnt need to worry, there was different food each night and it was all pretty good. with traveling in late august early september it was a bit quieter but it was perfect for what we wanted, only issues was with the security guard on a night who would not give us a spare key to get in the room, and we also perchashed like a package from the reps offering nights out and such but we were mis informed of what this included meaning we lost out as we paid 200 euros for only 3 nights out in total after as we were told things were included that were not, we did get 758 euro back but that was out of 600 between us so not to impressed with this, there was only slight noise on our last night but it was great apart from that.

Went to magaluf last year with 11 friends, we all loved the hotel and everything els about magaluf and are coming back and stopping in Majorca Beach again in july. I would definatly recomend it to others especially for groups who looking for a good hotel to stop in for a good clubbing holiday!

Would not recommend it to anyone steer well clear unless you want to stay somewhere naff -Better to pay double and stay somewhere nice

Stayed oct 2010 and wished we had not is close to beach but htats all that one can say fot it very average and dated accomation and food limited in variety compted to most 3 stars stayed in .

Might be ok for gang of lads or girls on a bender !!!

I had an amazing time in Magaluf. I really dont know why people are moaning- Majorca beach was fine!! the rooms were standard- but if your young and looking for a good time.. who cares! THEY WERE CLEAN! and were cleaned every day i was there! i had 2 balconys looking out onto the pool + beautiful beach, a short walk away form the nightlife.. in the middle of everything- its amazing, honestly :) i had a brilliant time and i went just a few months ago! highly recommended!!!!!!

I ABSOLUTELEY LOVED MAJORCA BEACH HOTEL,, LOVED THE ADULT POOL, IT WAS AWESOME TO DIVE IN! IM GUESSING IT WAS ABOUT 7-7.5 FEET DEEP BECAUSE WHEN I REACHED THE BOTOM I STOOD UP AND PUT MY ARM UP AND MY ARM WAS STILL ABOUT 5 INCH FROM THE SURFACE! IT WAS ACE!

I ALSO LIKED THE STAFF AT THE FOOD CABIN- LA CABANA, THEY WERE REALLY FUNNY! LOVED IT! THERE WAS THIS 1 WAITOR AND HE GAVE US ALL NICK NAMES AND I CANT REMEMBER HIS NAME BUT LOVED HIM! REPS WERENT TOO HELPFUL WHEN A FAMILY MEMBER FORGOT SOME TABLETS AND GOT A BIT ILL AND WANTED TO FLY HOME BUT... REALLY THE STAFF AT THE ACTUAL HOTEL WERE COOL, I LOVE SPANISH PEOPLE, THE ACCENT IS BEAUTIFUL!!! MY FAV RESTAURANT WAS LAS PALMERAS, ABOUT A 5 MIN WALK FROM THE HOTEL, I LOVED THE STAFF THERE THEY WERE REALLY KIND AND REALLY APPRECIATED IT WHEN WE SPOKE SPANISH TO THEM, WE ALWAYS GAVE THEM TIPS! WE JUST LOVED THEM! WE ALSO LOVED THE BRITANNIA PUB, OPPOSITE LAS PALMERAS, BECAUSE THE WAITERS WERE GORGEOUS AND SPANISH!!! BONUS!!! LOL ;)! BUT WE LOVED THE ENTERTAINMENT THERE, THE SPANISH SINGER WAS AMAZING! SHE SANG REALLY WELL AND WAS SINGING EVERY WORD PERFECT TO ENGLISH SONGS!!! SHE WAS COOL! OVERALL, I LOVED MAJORCA BEACH!!! I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN!!! :)

I went to Magalluf from the 1st til the 14th of September and it was my first holiday away from my family. The food, weather and nightlife were amazing! Although, not even an hour after we got to the hotel, our rep was asking for 150 euros from each of us to take us on nights out etc. I found it a bit fishy considering we hadnt even unpacked. Then in our 2nd week the hotel blaimed our group for breaking a telephone?! They took footage of our group from 2 nights beforehand and claimed that meant we broke the phone. Our rep didn't help whatsoever and said that the CCTV footage of us running down a corridor meant we broke the phone. It was an okay holiday but if your going as a group of teens - i wouldnt recommend it! They think that because you're young they can get money off of you and threaten to chuck you out if you dont pay up.

AT THIS HOTEL 10TH OCT TO 17TH BRILL STAFF,FOOD EXCELLENT,HOTEL PERFECT LOCATION ALL IN ALL MY FRIEND AND MYSELF ARE PLANNING TO RETURN HERE NEXT YEAR WITH FRIENDS AS WE HAD SUCH AN AMAZING TIME. ROBIN HOOD BAR GOOD MUSIC HAD AGREAT TIME THEIR,BUT THE BEST PLACE TO GO WAS THE PLAZA THE GUYS BEHIND BAR ALL GORGEOUS AND EXCELLENT AT THEIR JOBS ALSO THE ENTERTAINMENT THEIR WAS JUST EXCECELLENT WE JUST COULDNT STAY AWAY. CANT WAIT TO RETURN. WE TRAVELED WITH THOMAS COOK EVERYTHING RAN SMOOTHLY TO.

i just got back from here last night and the holiday day was fantastic best holiday i have had. now then the hotel not so good. well all we want is some were to sleep and a shower cause i went with the lads so we don't want no 5* treatment but the staff here were so rude and very unhelpful the rep's were fantastic thought. the food was ok in the morning but at night it was all the same stuff and we went out most of the nights. i also lost my phone but the hotel staff did not help in any sence. i am going back in june....but not to this hotel.

just come home from a week at MAJORCA BEACH HOTEL MAGALUF [12 oct;09]hotel needs a refurb;food was brill;room was great[after asking for move from first one]staff where very nice;room maids brill;my wife and i are 60-65 and had no trouble with lifts or stairs.having to buy water with your meal was a comedown;ON THE WHOLE HOTEL WAS NOT AS BAD AS PEOPLE MADE OUT 8-10 FOR HOTEL;

WE STOPPED SELF CATERING, EXCELLENT ROOM SERVICE AND TIDY ROOMS, CORRIDORS IN NEED OF RE DECORATING BUT YOU DONT SLEEP IN THEM DO YOU, PREVIOUS REPORTS ARE QUITE FALSE, VERY CLEAN POOL AREAS. WOULD RECOMMEND
