Vista Nova Hotel

My partner and I have just returned with friends from the vistanova magaluf and have had a great few days. We booked through lowcostholidays and have done a few times previously and allbooking was hassle free and confirmations were prompt. On first impressions the rooms were small and basic but all were spotlessly clean had everything I needed (bed,shower,toilet etc) plus all had air con which is a must have at peak time. Our room was overlooking the main strip but could not notice any noise but there is literally a 50 yard walk down a few steps and you are right in the thick of the action. The pool is fairly small but never seemed overcrowded as both magaluf and palmanova beach are only short walks away. The pool, pool area and all of the hotel really were always spotlessly clean and could not fault the staff there. Food wasn't the greatest but there was always something for everyone. The transfer was around 20-30 mins as we was the first to be dropped in magaluf. all in all we had a brilliant time and would go back to the vistanova!

Girly weekend in June 2010 - did not know what to expect! Hotel was lovely, near to nightlife but not too near to be annoying. Poolside, snackbar and bar were very nice and clean. Breakfast - mmmmmmm! Evening meal a bit hit and miss depending on your taste. Rooms were clean if a bit small when three sharing. Maybe not ideal for families, as seemed to be popular with groups of boys/girls. Overall, a very pleasant 5 days. It was a bit quiet, but we soon sorted that out!!!!!!!!!!!!! RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had read many bad reviews about this hotel, putting me off my stay but my partner and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the VistaNova hotel. The hotel was very clean, the bar, resturant, pool and rooms also very clean; the staff were as helpful as they could be and all spoke moderate to good English. Although you are fairly close to 'the strip' the area is not overly loud, during the day we had no problem relaxing around the pool and taking long walks along the beach without hassle.There was some noise during the night but nothing you couldnt just roll over and go back to sleep to. Overall had a very nice few days away and i would recommend it, especially stop by JJ'S SPORT BAR, its a really lovely bar and so are the staff. YOUNG COUPLE, MAY 2010.

We were in Vista Nova Hotel , on 10th of October this year. The rooms were actually small , but that was OK when we see the big terrace with the lovely view we were amazed . Every day the lady`s maid clean the rooms very good , they change the towels ( Well done ). The food was very delicious and every time served with a smile from the sexy waiters called Frank and Christian .

We are very happy for our stay , but with one exception the women in the reception named Maria , she was very unfriendly .

stayed at this hotel 2nd & 3rd Oct, nice clean hotel, rooms basic but clean, maid came daily and clean towels. food was really nice and plenty to choose from, definetly recommend it. reception were helpful, pool ok plenty sunbeds

Just got back from Vista Nova Hotel, Magaluf 20 Sept 09 and can say the food was ok but if you want to sleep take some ear plugs as it is virtually on the strip i would not go back and am exhausted, and have to go 2 work on mon. Might as well have camped out.

Vista Nova was a great hotel, I stayed there in June 09. I have read the previous reviews and dont let the bad ones put you off. I would recommend the hotel for young people as it is situated right at the bottom of the strip. The pool area was small however you could always get a sunbed. GORGEOUS curry house at bottom of steps and nice cafes too. The hotel may not have been as clean as we'd liked however when you spend approx 3hrs a day in there why does it matter? Towels and beds were changed enough. All in all I would recommend it to a group of guys/girls who want to just have fun and party.

the Vista Nova hotel was great for young people! not for familys. 6 of us went and had a great time. dont know what the breakfast was like was never up in time but the dinner was fine, great range of food on offer. We felt safe enough at night and never got a safe for our money and luckily enough nothing got stolen. Great little cafe just 1 minute from the hotel that does good british food for really cheap. The hotel staff were friendly. Usual hotels dont like noise and hastle but most nights we came in at six or seven and then partyied in the room with loud music and no one bothered. Could run around hotel too.. would recomend for hens/stags/young people. The strip is just a 5 minute walk away and BCM is aroung a ten minute walk. HINT We found the quicker way on the 2nd last day by coming up the steps near banana's insted of walking up the hill which isnt always good when drunk and wearing heels. Defo going back next year to Magaluf to work so maybe see yous there :-)

The Vista Nova Hotel is amazing if you are 18-30. Ive just come back from magaluf after staying in the vistanova for 10 nights and had the most amazing time EVER!! i was apprehensive after reading all the reviews about how unclean it is and how small the hotel was. yes the rooms are fairly small but for the price you pay what do you really expect?

very very sociable hotel if you're an outgoing person. felt very safe..we kept our doors open the majority of the time that we where in the room and felt no need to get a safe as it was in a good location but safe enough away from the main strip. just be careful of the odd prostitute that stands on the corner of the hotel at the top of the steps. there are reps on hand if you need them but are not there 24-7 as stated when you book.

wouldn't really recommend families as you would probably feel intimidated by all the young people messing about by the pool. but they do have a children s section to the pool and have a small amount of entertainment on in the evening such as Robbie Williams tribute if clubbing isntyour kinda thing.

breakfast is both continental and full English breakfast :) which is good if you wake up early enough for it.. 8am-10am but if not there is a cafe next to sammys bar which does breakfast all day for 2 euros :)

the reps try sell you a week ticket thing for 260 odd euros.. DON'T BUY IT!!! its a rip off i did and my friends didn't and we ended up spending more money.

the hotel is in a good location.. just at the top of a few gentle steps by a bar called poco loco and about 2 minutes from the actual strip. bout 10 minute walk to BCM but when your drunk you wont notice the walk home.

would defiantly come here again!!!!

magaluf 2010 here we come :)

Vista Nova Hotel has a great location, and alright food, just a shame about the size of the rooms. Could have more music by the pool.
