Would give 0 stars if i could.Simply the worst company I have dealt with. I NEVER write reviews but people need to know exactly what this company is like. I ordered a stereo facia kit which included facia, radio aerial adapter and stereo removal keys. They only sent me the facia. Contacted them stating the mistake received a reply back requesting details even though the order number and description of problem was on my initial email. I re sent the information and to no surprise at all, no response. Sent an email expressing my disgust with the lack of customer service to be told no email was received. Re sent email still no response. Today I sent an email saying I'm coming to the shop as I am in the area next week and to my surprise an email came through and the shop is conveniently closed at the moment because of back log. I am appalled. No email stating this until I threatened to go to the shop. The order is only worth £8 and it is absolutely ridiculous. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.

Really poor online company to deal with.

Bought a product from them, it arrived but did not work.

I contacted the company who informed me that (in so many words) they usually work so it must be my fault.

The company will not take back the goods because they have been used. Needless to say I had to use them to see if they worked.

If they did feel generous to accept the return then I would need to pay for the postage rendering me out of pocket.

They sell both on Amazon and Ebay too, looking at their negative and neutral feedback I notice that even when customers have sent back a faulty product, the item goes mysteriously missing!

My advice is to go elsewhere. Plenty of great stores out there so don't take the chance.
