The cost of the Autolead FP-08-01 was great value for money compared to Halfords charging £18.00 and other internet companies charging £12.00. The Delivery was slower than anicipated but for the amonut of money saved it was worth it. Having a contact number sent and also an update be email was a great touch!

My experience has been terrible when dealing with this company. If you deal with a chap called 'Roger Chant', don't! Ask to deal with someone else! He's rude, lazy and obnoxious!

I placed a small order for an audio lead and it didn't arrive in the time promised so I sent a polite email email enquiring as to the status of my order. Roger Chant sent me a one line reply, "I will contact the warehouse for more information on this order."

So I waited for 3 days and when I didn't hear from them again, I sent another polite message asking if he had spoken to the 'warehouse'. The reply came 2 days later, "I will contact the warehouse for more information on this order."...So I wrote to them again explaining that he already sent me the same one line reply a few days ago and all I wanted to know was if he had a reply from the warehouse, he immediately sent me yet ANOTHER "I will contact the warehouse for more information on this order."...At this point, I lost my rag and asked him (not politely this time) if this was his standard answer when he couldn't be bothered to chase up an order and to at least have the common decency to send me a proper reply considering they has taken my money in good faith and I had not seen any return. At this point I received a different one liner..."NO, I JUST MEAN I WILL ASK THE WAREHOUSE!"

Well, that was enough for me. It was obvious that this company or at least Roger Chant didn't appreciate my small order, it was obviously not worth his valuable time to send my item out to me or to even reply with some courtesy and politeness in proper English! As soon as I asked for a refund, he refunded me in full within 5 minutes proving that he was eager to cancel it and get rid of me. I have NEVER been treated in such an obnoxious way by a company before. I deal all the time with ebay, and I have never had such a terrible experience there either! If I were you, I would avoid this company like the plague! Use them at your own risk, but don't complain when they treat you like a piece of dirt on the bottom of their shoe!

pioneer cd tuner bought from these guys and it was damaged in transit.

My partner signed for it and found out later it was damaged. i was worried that they would say you signed for it your problem. this was not the case i sent it back and it was replaced within 4 days highly recomended.

Also the pioneer radio is great and i saved £35 on high street price..

As per all the other reviews.. I placed an Order, they took my money and never delivered my goods. I emailed and no response. I contacted them by phone and was told the same lies they told the others listed before me.

I have emailed Trading standards and I am trying to recover my money from Paypal.

The Company is obviously a scam, they refund you when you start taking action but there are some of us who can't be bothered and so this is where they make their money.

I placed an order for 2NO Kenwood external media RDS encoders at the end of June 2010 and received my order acknowledgement advising "Estimated Delivery: 4 to 5 Working Days".

After a week and no delivery, I chased LCCA, only to be advised that, due to the items were being delivered to my work address, I needed to confirm this to LCCA, by replying to an eMail I had never received! This eMail was resent to me (06.07.10) and I replied back the same day.

On 12th July, I receive another eMail advising that "We regret this item is temporarily out of stock and we will send it to you as soon as it is back in stock." At no point had I been advised that the items were NOT IN STOCK!

On 16th July, I emailed LCCA advising them that "As I have yet to receive ANY notification concerning my order, as promised. Please take this eMail as confirmation to cancel my Low Cost Car Audio Order No: *******. Order placed nearly 3 weeks ago, no communication advising stock issues, no communication concerning delays in delivery, no communication concerning the ongoing status of my order. Please refund monies immediately."

On 19th July, LCCA advise me, via eMail that "The status of your order has been updated as follows...this was cancelled on 19/7/2010"

As of 20th August, I am still awaiting a refund!!

Avoid this company, like the proverbial plague

I placed an order with these fakes, and did not receive the item or have I got my refund yet. They would not return my emails and acknowledge me what so ever. I finally wrote my last email, Reminding them of all these reviews. They emailed me back and said that I did not answer them that the product was on back order. I got a total of two emails from them one when the order was placed and another telling me it was canceled. Thank God for PayPal they are helping me. I googled there address and is a home try it you will see street view. Don't order from them they are fake.

Ordered a product and it wasn't delivered. The guy promised to refund me but nothing happened. Had to take it to PayPal dispute. Do NOT use these people. I don't understand why PayPal hasn't blocked his account as he's obviously taking money under false pretences.

Don't buy from them had a terrible experience with no reply to emails. The phone was not answered , left many messages which were never replied to. I think this website is a scam as they take the money but never deliver.

Communication is awful customer service is equally terrible. I consider that they live in the hope you will not chase your money up. After 30 days I involved my visa company and they refunded the money after seeing the case I put together. These guys are a total waste of space and probably scammers. BEWARE

I am absolutely staggered by this outfit's appalling customer service. I cancelled my order because it took ages to arrive and my emails were ignored. I then had to ring up several times to chase my refund, to finally be LIED TO on the phone and told that my refund had been processed! I've filed a claim with Paypal, as it seems from the other reviews here that this is the only way to reach a satisfactory outcome with these people. Never again!!
