The whole process was easy and I ordered next day delivery I checked the email and they said that my amp was in stock on the website but the amp wasn't in their warehouse and that it would be back in stock in more than a month and the rest of the order wouldn't come until the amp was in stock so now I'm waiting and hoping the people their are nice enough to let me refund or cancel the order as I am on hold on their flimsy customer service line

Ordered guitar advertised as two in stock. Paid for it then got an email saying that the model I wanted was missing from the warehouse. No alternative offered i.e. A different colour. I was just informed a refund had been issued. Unfortunately the refund takes 48 hours through PayPal so I could not purchase another guitar today. Checked website later in the day to see the same guitar is still on their site as available !! Will never use again. I'll stick to eBay thanks

Selling an ex demo Korg M50 for £699. Same model on Amazon described as 'refurbished'. Agreed to my offer of £520, and said that they would ring me when they've 'checked it out'. Haven't heard a thing. Untrustworthy and liars! Be very, very careful buying from these mercenaries.

I ordered a Digitech Whammy DT for my boyfriend and it came the next day!! Really happy with the delivery speed and I was kept up to date with emails and texts as to when my parcel would be arriving. Product was nicely packaged and turned up immaculate. Thankyou very much Absolute Music. Definitely recommend.

I found an audio processor on their website at a good price, which I ordered online. The next day they sent an email saying the item was not in stock. I sent an email asking when they would restock the item. This was ignored. A second email was also ignored. I then phoned their 'help' desk and their attitude was rude and indifferent. I demanded a refund, and then later found out they had refunded less than the original price.

I will never buy from Absolute Music again, ever.

I called to ask for a 2013 Fender Strat.

The guy on the phone confirmed more than twice that the guitar was brand new, from 2013 and would be shipped the same day.

As I placed the order over the phone ( I had to do this as the website would not process my order for that guitar ), he then told me it would be a day late because he got the delivery time wrong.

When it arrived, the guitar was left loose in a large box, with a very thin plastic film protecting it. No padding, no foam, no bubble wrap, no protection, nothing to stop it rattled around!

The guitar was not a 2013 model. I called and asked for one, twice before ordering. He was absolutely certain it was.

When I called back to check up on this, I was told "Well you can just send it back then". And that was it, no polite apology or anything of the kind.

Watch out for phone orders, they lied to me and really did not pack the guitar at all. I'm furious with the customer rep's and whoever packs them up.

Stay clear if you want a guitar to arrived safely, and it to be the one you ordered!

Hallo, Thank you for the nice Item- I have buy it for my Fender Jazzmaster, but this Guitar is to long for the Case (a little),- now I take it for my Fender Jaguar- it`s okay.

When you have a Hiscox Case which is a little bit longer (for my Jazzmaster), give me a Sign!

I bought a portable digital recorder on the website, when I was reviewing my order I noticed it was marked as not in stock. So I picked up the phone and called up customer service. waiting time was about one minute, the person on the other side was kind and super efficient. Soon afterward I received an email saying my recorder would be delivered the next day, and so it was. Couldn't ask for better.

Fantastic service right from the start. Answered our questions promptly. The mixing desk was delivered within 48 hours and my son is over the moon with it. Great price too. He was able to start using the desk straight away and has made fantastic drum demo's.
