I now say thank you sooo much musikproductiv apart from eBay they also have Vox Joe Satriani Big Bad Wah but you usually have to buy them from the US or Canada.

Having found one on this site too only from Germany and not the USA nor Canada or anywhere else. I actually didn't know about this site until I typed in a google search, where can I buy a Vox Big Bad Wah in UK shops? I then checked musik-produktiv.co.uk on scamadviser and then decided to buy from them. Excellent service highly recommended. 5 stars

I ordered a recorder from Musik Produktiv on the premise that delivery was 3-10 days. I received an email telling me that they were out of stock and delivery to them from their supplier was 3-10 days. The 10 days came and went with no further contact. I emailed to ask what had happened and they gave me another expected date on which they would receive their stock. I was sceptical. However, the stock arrived the day before that date and they posted out, with tracking, and I received the goods two days later. Two days from Germany is not at all bad. In all, it took about 3 weeks from order to delivery which was longer than the 3-10 days - but was still quite reasonable.

All in all, don't order if you're in a hurry but if they're out of stock and you don't mind waiting, you can't go far wrong here. The recorder I bought was two third of the price it would have cost me in the UK even considering postage!! If you plan to order, it may be worth an email first to see if they have your item in stock so you know what to expect.

I bought an ESP Horizon in Reindeer Blue from this site, and I bought it because of the low price, and the fact it said 'In stock now!' on its page. Sadly, after placing this order, I heard nothing, prompting me to email them, asking them what's going on.

They emailed back,saying it wasn't in stock, and wouldn't be for a while, so naturally, I demand a refund. After much talking, they send me a refund. In Euros.

Now, exchange rates change every day, so I end up being refunded £51 less then I paid, so, immediately, I tell them the problem, and the refund for 51 pounds comes through a few days after.

This whole process took two weeks from requesting the refund to receiving it, and I then ordered my guitar with Project Music, who got it to me in two days, for a cheaper price.

Avoid like the plague.

These people advertise instruments at much lower prices than UK retail, take your payment then tell you that they can not deliver "for weeks or months because of problems with the manufacturer!" Then trying to get your money back is a joke. I am still waiting for a £716.00 refund after a week. They no longer reply to my email messages and I now no longer have the funds to buy my lad a birthday present!

Keep away from these people!

Tthe price shown in sterling is not the price that you will be charged. They billed in euros and used a different exchange rate to the one advertised. Totally misleading and unethical. Stay away.

A week ago I purchased a Hartke Bass Attack VXL Preamp Pedal from Musik Productiv at almost £40.00 less than most other online shops were selling it. And it arrived within three days of ordering. I initially had a problem with the pedal, but when I phoned technical support it turned out it was my fault... communication by phone and by email by Ian, the tech guy, to get me up and running was outstanding (thanks Ian).

Today I was online, comparing prices of a Roland Micro Cube BASS RX Bass Guitar Combo. Absolutely every online store priced the combo at £195.00. Musik Produktiv price... £157.00!!! Guess who is getting my business? From now on, this company is the first place I will check before I make any musical purchases.

I bought a Jackson SLSXMG soloist and it arrived within three working days in perfect condition, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this company. All their goods are transported from their warehouse in Germany and yet they still managed to get the item to me in just 3 days time.I recommend this company as a supplier to anyone, they offer great prices and have large amounts of stock available at all times. Ordered from them, asked the UK Office first if it was billed in £GBP, the answer was Yes. Then found I had been billed in Euros so incurred a commission charge....complained and was evantually refunded the charge weeks later, but only after complaining to the German part of the company.

Also, the power lead was an EU one, not UK. And when the item did arrive, the price on the box was the best part of 100 Euros less than what I paid.

Complained about these problems, but no action taken, the best answer I got was "it has not yet been resolved". What sort of an answer is that?
