Poor to zero communication. 9 month wait. My circumstances changed in that tine so didn't end up . Lost money, just what I didn't need. Thanks for nothing

Clearly only interested in their own gain, I was a customer of over 10 years when they shafted me for £1200 in 'storage costs' for a kit I tried to buy, said "in stock" but wasn't when I called them.

Great when you're spending the cash. As soon as there's a problem, they don't want to know.

Just taken delivery of my GORGEOUS DW Collector's snare drum from Sound Attak.

The price was right, and the service was friendly from this family-run business - these guys clearly know their stuff.

I got exactly as promised: well packaged (very well packaged!)and delivered on time.

Couldn't be happier, and I will be back. :)

Seem like a friendly bunch at Sound Attak, but I sometimes wonder if they have any stock!

I've contacted this store a few times about items which are advertised as being 'in stock', and none of them have been.

I suspect they just do this to draw customers in, then order items as they need them.

As such, I would consider the website misleading.
