Staff members helpful. Beds badly deed replacing as torn and not too clean looking.

Kitchen equipment sparse. All rooms only accessible from the grounds so if raining floors are dangerous therefore a lift would be advisable from reception. Needs a lot of TLC to bring up to 4 star.

Nice pool area but plenty barking dogs at night.

We were moved from our original choice and told we had been upgraded. This certainly was not the case and all 4 of our party was left very disappointed.
