I ordered a Head Youtek Radical from this store and received it in no time. In fact, I was expecting it a day later than when it actually arrived. I called in to make sure they had the exact racquet I was looking for and Sam helped me out. He even offered to send me a couple demos to try out if I wasn't sure about what racquet I wanted.
